Label directions

Direction for use: As a powder consume 3 grams mixed with honey/warm water. Twice daily after meal. Add healthy herbs to your daily routine; along with walking; meditation & yoga. Triphala can be used in various forms; including as a powder; tablet; capsule; extract; or even as a part of traditional ayurvedic preparations as below --Boil 1 tsp Triphala powder in 500 mL water until it halves. Strain; add honey or lemon for taste. Take once daily; preferably in the evening.-Combine Triphala powder with honey to form a paste.-Prepare Triphala decoction; cool; strain; and use as an eye wash for eye health.
