Direction for use: As a powder consume 3 grams mixed with honey/warm water or milk. Twice daily after meal. Add healthy herbs to your daily routine; along with walking; meditation & yoga. Arjuna can be used in various forms even as a part of traditional ayurvedic preparations as below -PowderCapsules or tabletsDecoction (Kashayam) - Boil Arjuna bark; strain; and consume.Tea - Steep Arjuna powder in hot water for herbal tea.Tincture - Use a few drops in water.
