Recommendations and checks
“For You” matches a selected concern to fixed, source-linked ingredient and label rules. Health conditions are used only to withhold a match or show a caution; they are not treated as conditions a supplement can treat. My Supplements combines label arithmetic, exact catalog Alert associations, label warnings, limited personal-context rules, and a small set of official upper-intake references. These tools do not prescribe a dose, provide a complete medicine-interaction check, or establish that a product or combination is safe.
Unknown, missing, proprietary, incompatible, or unsupported label values remain unknown. A result below a displayed reference value is not an assurance of safety, effectiveness, or suitability.
Source limitations
Product information may originate from manufacturer-submitted NIH DSLD records. Official FDA notices remain authoritative. Inclusion does not mean that Safmira, NIH, or FDA endorses or independently verifies a product’s quality, safety, effectiveness, or availability.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal and research purposes. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misrepresent Safmira content, or use automated access in a way that degrades the service or violates source rights.
Accounts
Registration and sign-in require an email address, password, and a six-digit image verification code. The password and image code do not prove ownership of the email address. Do not register an address you are not permitted to use, and do not use a Safmira account for sensitive, private, paid, or administrative activity.
Account security
Keep your password private, use a password you do not use elsewhere, and sign out on shared devices. Email verification and password recovery are not currently available. Safmira may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke accounts and sessions that appear automated, abusive, or harmful to the service.
No warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Safmira disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for decisions made solely from website content.
