Direction for use: As a Powder consume 3 grams mixed with honey/ warm water or milk. Twice daily after meal. Ashwagandha root can be used in various forms; including as a powder; tablet; capsule; extract; or even as a part of traditional Ayurvedic preparations as below -For massage- infused with oil.Create a decoction for making tea.Can be used as 'RASAYANAS' to enhance its effects.Add root powder to your favourite smoothie or protein shake.
