Warnings Do not use this product in combination with MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) certain drugs for depression psychiatric or emotional conditions benzodiazepines or other CNS depressants (e.g. non-benzodiazepine sedatives/hypnotics anxiolytics tranquilizers muscle relaxants general anesthetics antipsychotics other opioids or alcohol) or other illicit drugs. Do not use if you have high blood pressure Chronic Pulmonary Disease heart disease seizure disorders diabetes or are obese elderly pregnant or otherwise unhealthy. Do not operate a motor vehicle or dangerous machinery after consumption of this product. Tianeptine may be habit-forming and addictive. Misuse and/or overdose of tianeptine may cause adverse effects such as agitation drowsiness confusion sweating rapid heartbeat high blood pressure nausea vomiting sedation liver damage sleep-related breathing disorders slowed or stopped breathing or coma and death.
