As with all cleanses; it is wise to begin Candex gradually. We suggest:Days 1 & 2: One (1) capsule in the morning.Days 3 & 4: One (1) capsules morning and night.Thereafter: Two (2) capsules morning and night.Always use between meals or on an empty stomach with at least 8 oz of water.For children & pets: (1/2) capsule per 40 pounds of body weight.While called a cleanse; Candex can be used for as long as desired.
