Label directions
Directions: (Adult) Take three (3) liquid soft-gels in the morning prior to breakfast and three (3) liquid soft-gels in the evening prior to bedtime. Drink a full glass (8oz) of water with each serving. If stools are loose; reduce the number of liquid soft-gels in the morning and evening. Maintain optimal water intake throughout the usage of this product. Do not use this product for longer than 10 days without taking a break. (See usage warning).
