Directions for Use: As a protein supplement; mix 1 level scoop (35.5g) of INSANE WHEY with 12-14 oz of cold water and mix thoroughly in shaker or blender. To dress up your INSANE WHEY shake by mixing 1 level scoop (35.5g) in 12-14 oz of almond milk or coconut water; mix in your favorite fruits; vegetables and super-foods; blend and enjoy! For the best results; spread protein usage between several smaller meals throughout the day.
