Label directions

AM PM POST Suggested use: Blend; mix or shake 1 to 4 rounded scoops (67 g to 267 g) with 4 oz (120 ml) of cold water per scoop. For 4 scoops; 16 oz (500 mg) should be used. Add the water first; then QuickMass when preparing. For best results; it is recommended to take 4 rounded scoops twice daily for an 8-week period. As an option; cold milk can be used instead of water; but it is not required.Rapid Mass Gain PhaseRapid Mass Gain Phase is ideal for those looking to put quality mass on fast. Usage: 4 scoops rounded twice daily; take the first serving between your first and second meal; and your second serving immediately following training.Mass Maintain Phase The Mass maintain phase is ideal for those who have already completed the Rapid Mass Gain Phase and have reached their target weight but now want to maintain their gains.Usage: 1 to 2 rounded scoops twice daily; take the first serving between your first and second meal; and your second meal; and your second serving immediately following training.
